How does Microsol Staffing help me with the changing architecture market?

Our team is comprised of experienced professionals that have been involved with the local architecture industry for more than two decades. Unlike other recruitment services, we understand exactly what it takes to fill positions at your firm; many of our team members have worked for architecture firms in the past!

How much do these services cost?

We offer a flat rate fee for Direct Hires, and an hourly rate for Contract and Contract-to-Hire roles that varies depending on the type of position being filled. Our rates are competitive and reflect the true quality you receive with Microsol Staffing candidates.

What is the process for staffing like?

After an initial inquiry, a member of our team will reach out to you for a detailed discussion about your firm, the nature of the work being done, and the type of candidates you wish to see. Following that, we will begin sending you candidates for your review, and set up interviews in your office at your convenience.

How quickly can you respond to my needs?

Although we are able to respond to immediate needs for emergency staffing, we find that it typically takes 1-2 weeks to find you the right people, depending on the level of experience required. We are committed to sending you only candidates that not only meet your requirements, but are also aware of and interested in your firm and the position itself, and are a good cultural fit.

What is the minimum project length you can accommodate?

We are able to help you fill any project length from just a few days of consulting, to permanent staffing in growth positions in your firm. Many of our candidates are still happily in their positions years after placing them there!

Do you provide background checks?

Yes. We check references at no additional fee, and are able to perform a criminal background check for an additional charge.

Do you offer a money-back guarantee if we are not satisfied with the candidates?

Direct Hire positions are subject to a money-back guarantee based on a sliding scale that begins as soon as the candidate begins working for you. All details are outlined in our staffing contract.

What is the fee when a contract-to-hire candidate transitions to permanent status?

Assuming the candidate agrees to the transition, your firm would be responsible for paying Microsol Resources a placement fee. The placement fee is 20% of the agreed annual salary, which is prorated based upon the number of months that the candidate has worked for your firm. If the candidate has been working for at least 6 months, the placement fee is waived.

What kind of positions can you fill?

We are able to fill a very wide variety of positions relating to Architecture, Construction, Interior Design, Project Management, etc. If it is related to Architecture in some way, shape or form, you can trust that we have experience with it!

Can you certify software skills?

Yes. We can provide in-house software evaluations for CAD, Revit, etc. for an additional charge.
